Martell x Alexandre Mazzia Signature Table

The Château de Chanteloup, which used to be the residence of the Martell family, opens its doors to the public for the first time in its history with Signature Martell par Alexandre Mazzia.
Co-created by Martell’s Cellar Master, Christophe Valtaud, and three Michelin-starred chef Alexandre Mazzia, this intimate experience is centered around cognac and gastronomy.
The decor of the space has been thoughtfully designed in connection with both the Château and the Cognac region. It is a journey of discovery into the heart of Cognac production. It begins at the bar with a signature cognac cocktail created by Christophe Valtaud and Martell’s Master Mixologist, Rémy Savage.
The journey will take the guests – only 6 – to the table where they will experience unique dishes, perfectly paired with the Cognacs.
It ends in the library for a final cognac tasting and to discover Maison Martell’s most exclusive editions, available for purchase at the Château.
