The Chai du Rouissoir is a family estate which has been cultivating vines for several generations. In 1973, Guy and his son Didier decided to install a still and make their own Cognac.
This unique experience will allow visitors in small groups to discover the process of distillation while enjoying a delicious breakfast of local products.
As the still operates, all your senses are activated. Visitors will participate in starting the “Bonne Chauffe”, a crucial moment of the distillation process to make Cognac.
