Cellar Master Challenge
Presentation
Accept the cellarmaster’s challenge and try to guess the secrets of his blend!
Maison Bache-Gabrielsen, created by a young Norwegian lieutenant, has been exploring the vast territory of Cognac since 1905. Hervé, representing the fourth generation of the family, has been running Maison Bache-Gabrielsen since 2009 alongside cellarmaster Jean-Philippe Bergier who has been with the company for over thirty years. Innovation, authenticity and passion are the company’s values.
Maison Bache-Gabrielsen immerses visitors in the fascinating world of Cognac, giving them the chance to discover the diversity of the terroirs in a playful way. Enjoy a fun tour learning about the company’s history and origins, and the different stages of Cognac production.
This unique experience gives you the chance to step into the cellarmaster’s shoes and take up the challenge of recreating the blend made by Jean-Philippe Bergier. To start, a tasting helps guide visitors in discovering the terroirs and their aromas.
Then it’s time to get creative! Visitors will return home with their own 20 cl blend.
