Visit and Cognac blending workshop at the ABK6 Cognac estate
Enter the heart of the Domaine de Chez Maillard, property of Domaines Francis Abecassis, and live an unusual experience by creating your own XO cognac. This blending will be done in the company of a member of our Cellar Master’s team.
During a complete visit, you will discover the processes of vinification and double distillation in Charente as well as the secrets of aging and blending in the winery.
This visit will end with a unique experience with a blending workshop to create your own XO Cognac.
The Cognac and making of the house will no longer have any secrets for you!
