RESPONSIBLE WORLD CUISINE
Travelling is about discovering the world, exploring, meeting new cultures… It’s also about being aware of what nature gives us and what we do with it. That’s why, at L’Astrolabe, we source only the best products available, always fresh and mainly local. The principle is simple: to promote short circuits by offering you a cuisine from elsewhere using local produce. In your plate, you’ll find fresh fish caught by the fishermen of La Rochelle, fruit and vegetables from our beautiful Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, Parthenais meat raised with respect just a few kilometers from here… Some products, however, are not available locally and we import them. We use them sparingly to minimize our ecological footprint.

All our dishes are homemade. We think up our recipes by combining memories of our travels, our dreams and our stories. Our products, wines and beers are selected for their gustatory qualities. It’s with passion and desire that, every day, we invest ourselves in making dishes we’re proud of and offering a friendly service to all our customers.
